It consists of the state of Maharashtra's reply on issues of rehabilitation and resettlement in the state. Annexures include Rejoinder to Summary report of the Monitoring and Evaluation Team for Maharashtra prepared by TISS; comments on the TISS' report on field work in Akrani Taluka in Nov - Dec 1993; R& Statu at the proposed 80.3 metres pondage; projection of land requirements; a note reacting to TISS group (August 1993) summary of M&E work in submergence villages over 6 years (an item of interest); and provision of civic amenities.
