Contains 7 photos of delegates interacting at the Commonwealth Consultative Space Commission. Folder also contains a newspaper clipping of the conference from the British Bulletin taken from February 10, 1968 with a photograph in which Sastry is present. First six photographs have a stamp stating "Commonwealth Space Research Committee Meeting on Synoptic Rocket Programme". Other photographs involve delegates interacting across venues in Sri Lanka.

First photograph contains a caption "1967 with PMS Blakett", second and third both contain a caption "Imperial College London", the fourth photograph contains the labels "Sastry" and "Akasofu", the fifth contains the labels "Mishin", "Wagner", "Sastry" and "Maeda"; the 6th photograph is of Sastry, Gnanalingam and Maeda, the 7th of Sastry and PD Bhavsar, and the last is a photo of Sastry, Akasofy, Ahuluwalia and Bhavsar.
