Scope and Contents
Consists of annexures, a series of documents submitted on behalf of the Government of Gujarat and the Sardar Sarovar Nigam Limited, pertaining to environmental issues in the case. Consists of copies of various charts, letters, office memoranda, detailing of functions of environmental sub-group(along with compliance) and notes. Authorities represented include the government of Gujarat, environmental appraisal, Central Water Commission, Ministry of Environment and Forests, Narmada Control Authority, Ministry of Water Resources. Of note are the Impact assessment procedure chart, notes on environment and the factual position on the representation of the NBA in respect of the Sardar Sarovar Project.
