Marked as Volume 180. This consists of the petitioner Narmada Bachao Andolan's note on the argument that the Sardar Sarovar project is the only solution of the drought problem of Kutch and Saurashtra and that any delay would cause water starvation; and written submissions on behalf of the petitioner in response to the argument that the project was given environment clearance by the prime minister after full consideration of all the relevant aspects.
