Marked as Volume 130. Consists of an application for directions on behalf of the Petitioner Narmada Bachao Andolan. It is sought to punish the officials of the Union of India and the States of Gujarat and Maharashtra who the Petitioners contend filed false affidavits and gave factually incorrect instructions to their counsel; pertaining to the rehabilitation of oustees. Annexures consist of letters between the Director (Rehabilitation) and Member (Rehabilitation), Narmada Valley Development Authority; resettlement plans of M.P. project-affected families (PAFs); and order of the court in the B.D. Sharma case W.P. 1201/1990.
