Marked as Volume 125. Affidavit on behalf of the Petitioners Narmada Bachao Andolan to the application for directions dated 14 July, 1999 of Gujarat. This consists of the contention that that certain mass action programs undertaken by Narmada Bachao Andolan as well as statements made to the press do not violate the orders of the Supreme Court. Annexures include press clippings; advertisements taken out in newspapers congratulating the Chief Minister regarding the Narmada Project, and pages from the website of the Sardar Sarovar Nigam Ltd.
