Marked as Volume 79. This consists of the affidavit-in-reply on behalf of the petitioners Narmada Bachao Andolan to the further affidavit of state of Gujarat dated 19 July, 1997. Contentions relate to issues with service of notice and other matters of form; as well as contentions on resettlement in Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Mahrashtra and points related to interim application no. 5 / 96 including issues with canal network, police and problems to original villages.
