These consist of observations; reports; and comparisions of R&R policy in all states; rejoinder of Madhya Pradesh to Gujarat on R&R; notes pertaining to the non-consultation of Madhya Pradesh, carryover at SSP, violations of the NWDT, land non-availability, statement tables of the government of Gujarat and government of Madhya Pradesh village-wise, non-creation of land bank; the no-objection of the Government of India; site abandonment at Sonipur, Motipur, et al.
