Consists of an application for direction on behalf of the State of Gujarat to the Supreme Court of India seeking the direction of its orders dated 5 May. 1995 and 12 March, 1996 and permission to allow further construction of the Sardar Sarovar Dam and other reliefs. It consists of copies of the orders of the Court dated 5.5.1995 and 12.3.1996, and affidavit in support with annexures consisting of extracts of the minutes, agenda, and report of 62nd meeting of the Sardar Sarovar Construction Advisory Committee (SSCAC); copy of the minutes of the Seventh Review Committee dated 15 November, 1996; copy of the submergency details upto October, 1996; copy of a letter dated 4 December, 1996 as well as a supplementary affidavit of the State of Gujarat.
