Marked as Volume 20D. This consists of the annexures to the response of the state of Madhya Pradesh on the further Report dated 17 April, 1995 of the Five Member Group. These appendixes, collectively marked MP-9, consist of the demurrer of Madhya Pradesh filed before the Narmada Water Disputes Tribunal and applications for clarification; comments of Madhya Pradesh on the Khosla Committee Report; extracts from Project reports of the Bargi project, Pairi project, and field visit reports of R&R sub-groups and reforestation sites; compilation of copies of minutes of meeting regarding R&R between various authorities of M.P. and Gujarat; letters written on behalf of M.P. to Gujarat et al. Documents range in date from 1966-1995.
