Titled by hand "Response of Gujarat to FMG", this file consists of the Paper Book filed in the matters civil appeal no. 6014 / 1994 (Narmada Bachao Andolan versus Narmada Abhiyana and Others) and W.P. No. 319/1994 (Namada Bachao Andolan versus Union of India and Others. Contains the reponse on behalf of the State of Gujarat to the Report of the FIve Member Group and annexures thereof. These annexures include documents pertaining to the history of the Narmada Water Dispute (such as the NWDT award and agreement between the four states of 1974) and submissions regarding dam height and plans for utilisation of Narmada water.
