Scope and Contents The archival collection is divided into five sub-series, namely, General Correspondence, Administration, Projects and Campaigns involving Panduranga Hegde, Writings by Panduranga Hegde, and Research References.The first series General Correspondence is divided into six subseries decade-wise. The sub-series are hence, 1970-1979, 1980-1989, 1990-1999, 2000-2009, 2010-2019, and the last sub-series is titled undated, and all the undated letters are bucketed under this sub-series....

Scope and Contents The collection contains material donated by different donors related to history of ecology and conservation in India. Series one contains papers of Zafar Futehally who was a prominent ornithologist and writer. Futehally was involved with BNHS, NLFBW, BET, WFF, MoE etc and has worked on writing about birding and conservation of ecosystems in India.
