Letter from Sastry to B. S. Mathur, August 27, 1982
Scope and Contents
Responds to previous letter by Mathur, notes that he intended for his stay at IIG to help him build a system of isotopic purity, however his stay at IIG ended with "false hopes and unfulfilled promises", and he made the decision to leave, mentions that Rastogi has not been successful in securing the necessary staff and funds to start a gas filling system, mentions his current status as Visiting Professor at IIG. Notes that he intends to go to BARC to find a suitable unit for his purpose. Sastry also thanks Mathur for his "understanding and faith" and notes his intention to "face the odds to the best of his ability as long as he in control of his faculties".
