From N. Sethunathan, Soil Microbiologist at CRRI, to Murty in reply to his letter dated 14 February 1978 requesting reports of IAEA-funded projects, detailing three such projects in the Soil Microbiology section. Includes the following encolsed documents: Progress Report of Project 1804, on 'Nitrogen fixation by free-living microorganisms in tropical rice soils' under Prinicipal Investigator V. Rajarama Mohan Rao; progress report of Project 1179, in the form of papers by N. Sethunathan et.al. published by IAEA in 1975-1976, on 'Pesticide-soil microflora interactions in flooded rice soils' (1976) and 'Persistence and microbial degradation of parathion in indian rice soils under flooded conditions' (1975), and a paper on 'Parathion: Residues in soil and water' in Residue Reviews, 1977.
