Letter from Pal on 4 November 1953 requesting R.J. Kalamkar, Director of Agriculture in Madhya Pradesh, for his permission to nominate him as the President of the Agricultural Section of the Indian Science Congress 1954, and asking for a list of his qualifications. Folder contains two copies of Kalamkar's application with the enclosed list of publications.
