Scope and Contents
Contains a booklet published by the Development and Educational Communication Unit (DECU) and India Space Research Organisation (ISRO) summarising proceedings from a workshop held in multiple cities across the country in 2003 to take suggestions for The Science Channel before its launch. The Science Channel was an initiative by DECU to broadcast a channel on science as a part of everyday life following the launch of EDUSAT - a satellite dedicated to education. This project partnered with Comet Media Foundation, Centre for Environment Educational (CEE), Department of Science and Technology (DST) and more.
