Newspaper clippings of articles by Rai about ministry actions, the investigation of scams such as the LoC scam in Assam, the fodder scam, and Family Welfare department procurement by the CAG; fund diversion by CAPART officials and others to phantom NGOs; boycott of elections by dam oustees; the growing influence of BJP among tribal populations following greater adoption of Hindu beliefs; stories on Laloo Prasad Yadav; profile of an ex-royal surviving on state dole; appointments to state posts and their legality or otherwise such as the Vasudevan affair; nurse protests as well as the ouster of the AIIMS ex-director, and Health ministry directive on referral of Central Government Health Scheme cases to private hospitals; land allotment to liquor companies as well as privatisation of cultural heritage maintenance.
