Letter informing Krishnan of his election to the Bureau at the General Assembly of the International Council of Scientific Unions (ICSU) and encouraging Krishnan to get the National Institute of Sciences to be the adhering organisation from India to the ICSU instead of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Scientific Research.
