Contains the following: i. Draft of a report by P C Mahalanobis titled "Short Visit to Scientists from Abroad". The report was in response to inviting foreign scientists to bring technical know-how related to Atomic Energy to India. ii. A notice about additional technical staff is required to maintain the Beta-Ray spectrometer. Mentions K S Ramanathan and mentions 9 April 1953 and 11 April 1953. iii. An office memorandum from the Department of Atomic Energy informing the sanction of an honorarium every month by part-time members of the Atomic Energy Commission.
