Contains a typewritten draft of a letter by K S Krishnan and S K Roy to the editor of Nature with the content of the research paper titled "The Elastic Constants of Alkali Halide Crystals". Along with it is a draft letter to Bhagavantan related to the paper, an acknowledgement receipt, a draft of a letter to the editor of Nature by K S Krishnan with some corrections, a table correction proof, cut out of the published paper sent by Nature and a letter from A J V Gale to K S Krishnan related to the evidence of the research paper.
