Scope and Contents
This folder contains a copy of a letter from Zafar Futehally to Khushwant Singh, dated 26th February, 2002. Regarding the Siachen Peace Park. Also contains a proposal by Aamir Ali dated 1 February, 2002. The proposal calls for the creation of a Peace Park at Siachen which would help de-escalate the armed conflict at the region, and help protect and conserve its fragile ecology.
