Russel Reid, a scientist from the University of Illinois, was deputed to work in Ramachandrapuram as part of a population study. Discussing navigating permit and customs while sending blood samples across and outside the country, as well as instructions on the collection and dispatch of blood samples. Also includes plans for collecting a blood sample from a patient in Koovur.
