Provenance

The papers were packed by Sravya Darbhamulla from Ashish Kothari's Pune office and received by Ravi KB at the Archives.

Retention Rule

The Kalpavriksh Papers fit under the scope of the Archives at NCBS as part of the history of ecological movements in India, community science and ecology, and the legal framework for ecology and conservation in India. The Archives has offered to preserve and catalogue these materials. The donor and the Archives have agreed that the Archives will have full authority in handling the material in the future, , as per the Deed of Gift (except for third-party copyright).
